1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes
who predominantly cannot be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity.
Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership,
who acts when concluding a legal transaction in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contract partner, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with:

By listing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products.
You can initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation
and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order,
by using the correction options provided and explained in the order process.
The contract is concluded,
by accepting the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language available for concluding the contract is: German and englisch.
We store the contract text and send you the order data as well as our terms and conditions in text form.
For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery options:
We deliver the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
Self-collection is unfortunately not possible.
Delivery to parcel stations is excluded.
6. Warranty and Guarantees
6.1 Statutory Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.

Information on any additional warranties and their conditions
can be found with the respective products and on special information pages in the online shop.
7. Dispute Resolution
We are willing to participate in an out-of-court settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
